As a web chat agent you will be responsible for interacting through a live chat for estate agents and automotive sector, via chat box (not voice) on our clients’ websites, answering queries on their behalf and gaining customer contact details in order for our clients to follow them up as leads. You will be involved in the day-to-day running of the contact centre completing various administrative tasks, keeping our customer relationship systems up to date and researching our existing client base in order to provide an excellent customer service experience via web chat.

Essential requirements for the role are:- Excellent written communication skills, grammar, spelling. GCSE B and above. / Typing speed of 45wpm +/ Ideally – 2 years work experience in an office environment / Excellent Customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will be flexible to work a shift pattern/ reliable / IT literate and have the ability to multitask.
